In order to carry out the Sustainable Communities Framework (SCF) program, Universal Exchange Nigeria (UEN) will team with partners who will provide critical functions that allow for widespread and rapid deployment of the SCF throughout the country. There are three primary types of partners that we will engage with immediately, with others to be defined in the future.

The UEN State Partner will be responsible for coordinating all of the SCF program elements in their respective state.

1. District Offices are local offices of the State Partner responsible for managing the SCF in their district.
2. The Local Government Partner (county, city or township) will help deploy the SCF program in their jurisdiction.
3. Multi-State Partners are entities that either have operations in more than one state or members/supporters in more than one state.
